Salt Lick

So...I am feeling like half a million bucks this morning.  We already discussed that the devil is a lie meaning that while I still step on the scale every morning, the truth is in the clothes and tape measure which are showing positive signs.  I feel swaggy too and you can see the traces of abdomen.  My face seems to be puffy though when usually that's the first part to lean out.  Upon reading up on it, seems like my addiction to salt is doing me in.    I am going have to make the adjustment there. 

I am overall watching my carb intake and eating less but the quality of my food is still poor.  I mean let's be honest, Keto Schmeeto nobody should be eating sausage and eggs every day on their health plan.  Time is definitely running out so this needs to be a strong February.   Just get the weight down so that I am more agile and can do more intense workouts.
