Quarantine

My goodness. A new wrinkle has been added to my life as well as everyone else's.   The Covid-19 aka Coronavirus that has swept across the world and is claiming lives and livelihoods. We are stuck in doors with no gym, just our wits and refridgetatros.  I made a step after succmuing to falling off the wagon and ordered weights for the house.  Time to stat jogging and doing situps and being prepared for August.  I won;t negottiate this goal of getting a medal in hawaii. I have been tracking my meals for 3 months strait and it hasn't been great but it's a new day! Joe

Procrastinating with everythin g - it gets me feeling anxious and behind on everything which makes me want to sleep Drinking/Smoking - takes my eye off the prize and unhealthy Continue Journaling - get the feelings out and stay in touch Cold Showers - hey, it makes you really ready for batt...
