Insane - Start, Stop, Continue

What could I do differently to get different results?  Plans are always the best in the design phase...

Start

  1. Meditate -  I really could use a good mind cleansing
  2. Go to Church - Just being in a place where my endorphins can be exercised in a healthy surrounding
  3. Morning Workouts -  get that sense of fitness accomplishment before the day begins
  4. Intermittent Fasting - I still pile one the calories at the end of the night
  5. Drinking more water -  hydration is key plus it replaces beer and soda

Stop
  1. Watching Bad Stuff -  it keeps me low
  2. Eating late at night - hard to lose weight this way
  3. Consuming so much sugar - keeps me blind and fat!!
  4. Procrastinating with everything - it gets me feeling anxious and behind on everything which makes me want to sleep
  5. Drinking/Smoking - takes my eye off the prize and unhealthy

Continue
  1. Journaling - get the feelings out and stay in touch
  2. Cold Showers - hey, it makes you really ready for battle
  3. Weight Lifting - feels really good, changes the body
  4. Making my bed in the mornings - awesome to walk into that at night and its a first accomplishment
  5. Being appreciative - easy to get down but I sure have a lot going for me
