Rituals - See It

Image
Began today.  I tell you what, pretty powerful waking up and seeing a picture of your goals.  Having it stored away in the mind is nice but seeing is believing.    Even having it on your phone is not the same as it being a part of your HOME!   The daily routing is huge too - harder to get away from it when its staring you in the face (that cold shower is the real deal!)

2020 Goals

I did more in 2019 than some in a lifetime. This year, will be more simple and won't require money or travel: 1. Lose 80 pounds 2. Complete Spartan Race (Hawaii) 3. Find a girlfriend 4. Be Clean That's all I want this year.

2019 In Review

At the end of 2018 I declared that 2019 was going to be my best year yet.  Here’s what I did! Bought a house Got a promotion Travelled New York Stinson Miles’ Camp Chicago Minnesota Mexico Mexico (Cruise) Canada Alabama Los Angeles San Francisco Competed 5K - Sacramento 10K - Martinez 1/2 Marathon - Malibu Poker Pablo Crew Jerry Crew Andrew Crew I can’t believe all of the activity.  Very happy.   I lived.    I’d say that all of that was activity that focused on spending and being on the go.  A few goals were compromised such as  Health Fitness Spanish Guitar  This year will be intrinsic and simple.  I want all of that joy to be felt every day for free when the world see's my transformation.

Eat Healthy

I chose right.  Conditioned to being starved and ready for a sandwich but instead committed to walking a block to get me a salad. Here is a nice reminder on what is needed to stay focused.

Nuff said.   This is so beautiful:  the fact that when I log into Instagram all I see if what I believe in and what me soul needs.
