Diet

I am actually like a machine eating right now - only authorized foods.  Calories are about 1,800 or less and low carbs.  Drinking protein shakes daily and have zero desire to booze.  Relationship with food is developing nicely.  I ate a carb sandwich today and went back to my discipline instead of saying "screw it" and binging.


Attitude

I feel like I am seeing what I want, making plans to get it, and being a dog about it!  I can, I can, I can.


Body

I cracked under 260 and lost an inch.  I feel like I am moving better, a little lighter and more pep in my step.


Confidence

Good heavens, today I ROCKED it!  I just felt so swaggy when I was walking through the building and doing my getdown.
