Clean 46
So two weeks in to the month I am focusing on the measurements more so than the scale. I'm on that creatine so naturally I am retaining water, makes it tricky to gauge my progress by the scale. The tape measure doesn't lie though... I started at 48" waist then went down to 47" and by Jan 31st when it says 46" *(CLEAN - no pulling it tight) then I know that no matter what the scale says, my rituals are working. In the gym at 6am again this morning, baybay.
Inconsistent dieting. When you eat healthy for the most part then you will for the most part lose weight! I need to work at dialing it in. Good news is I am working on my relationship with food as it relates to the temptation challenges I face.
